  1. Did my own little workout to relieve some stress.

    500 jump rope in 5:01:44 less then 10 mess ups so it was constant.

    31 push ups was my max in one rep

    350 sit ups in 6:14:46
    100 straight, 100 left, 100 right then i could only do 50 more straight

    AND i studied crossfit nutrition so i can get carbs, protien and fats

    AND i studied stretching and yoga lmao
