Warm-up:
10 Push-ups
10 Sit-ups
10 Overhead Squats w/Broomstick
10 Supermans
10 Pull-ups
10 Dips

Skill:
Handstand holds: 3 reps max time

Rest 5 minutes. Then:

WOD:
21-15-9 rep rounds for time of:
Handstand Push-ups
Burpees
Knees-to-Elbows

You didn't get it done Friday. Do it now!
