  2. Hahaha i knew i shouldnt have said effortless.
    what i meant to say was that it felt natural.
    i squatted for 10 min and got bored. you really just enter in a battle of the mind. felt like i was going for the survivor immunity or something. haha i felt in the ankles the most. fuck you rich.

    15 rnds + 5 burpees and 3 dips
    i did normal burpees tho, the power gym was hard to accomidate
