For our situps are we doing full extension to touch the knee? Are just to the point of full back bridge?

  5. For the sit-ups, I would pick one style and then stick with it. Personally, I would use a "military" style of sit-up, which can be done one of two ways.
Either "Army" style, which your feet anchored, knees at 90 degrees, hands behind your heads. Bring yourself up until yoru torso is near vertical, and then back down until the base of the shoulder blades hit the floor.
Or "Air Force" style, where your arms are crossed in front of you, with your hands on your shoulders or arms. Feet and legs the same as "Army" style, and the down position is the same. Come up until your elbows touch your knees.
Your choice, though. Just pick a style and stick with it so you can compare yoru results later on.
