15 Burpees
12 Dips
21 Sit-ups

  2. 8... hadsome time to spare but i was drained.. my quads still hurt from the event.. i wasnt used to being the runner haha. i been slacking in practice to heal my hip and i definaltey felt it. usualy never get tired from running (corners all day ery day)

  3. did 1 burpee on the 9th round,
    they slowed me down the most, and i really felt my triceps doing the dips....
