Skill development:
Perfect push-ups.
3x Max reps
A perfect push-up is chest-to-ground at the bottom, and full extension of the arms at the top, with no sag of the lower back/butt throughout the motion. Keep your core tight and your form strict.

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep rounds for time of:
Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
Squats
Sit-ups
