Work on form and max holds.

WOD:

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Burpees
10 Push-ups
15 Sit-ups
20 Squats

    ya i know! my timer messed up actually so i did it in 1:30 lol just kidding i was in rough shape
