As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Handstand push-ups (or appropriate progressions), 5 reps
Bench press, 135#, 10 reps
Push press, 75#, 15 reps
Chair/Bench Dips, 20 reps

  1. forgot to post, did 2 rounds lol
    was pretty tired at teh end of the week. used 90lbs for the bench and 20lbs for the push. unless my bar weighs something not sure.

  2. Your bar weighs 45 pounds, or it should, anyway.
    Is it a full length (7') Olympic bar? (Approx. 1" diameter?)
    Or is it smaller? If it's smaller, it will be about 25 pounds, I would imagine.

  3. i know its not 45 lbs, or the heavy olymipic bar. just an older bar, prolly 25lbs if that. i actually think its light aluminum.
